As just reported by the Ouray News in this article, Kind Castle’s new recreational cannabis superstore is preparing to open in mid-December in the Town of Ridgway, Ouray County, Colorado. The new Kind Castle dispensary will be the 4th marijuana retailer in the Town of Ridgway and is located at 158 Liddell Drive, Ridgway, Colorado 81432 (see map here).
Kind Castle was able to secure the 4th and final marijuana business license issued by the Town of Ridgway. Kind Castle had previously proposed a dispensary in the Town of Colona in Ouray County but was denied a recreational marijuana business license due to County commissioners holding opposition to cannabis sales. The three dispensaries currently operating in Ridgway are Rocky Mountain Cannabis, Mountain Annie’s and Fiddler’s Green. Kind Castle has a close partnership with Dalwhinnie Farms (parent company of Shift Cannabis), one of Colorado’s largest and most impressive cannabis cultivation facilities located in the Town of Ridgway. The Kind Castle team is pleased to offer customers with an incredible new selection of products and deals and are excited to take the retail cannabis experience to the next level in Ouray County.
This dispensary will be Kind Castle’s 4th cannabis store in the State of Colorado. The target opening date is next month on December 16th 2022.
Kind Castle plans to debut a whole new shopping experience at this Ridgway store giving customers the ability to easily browse 50 incredible strains as well as a seated Kind Bar to really enjoy their buying experience.
Commerce City and Glenwood Springs stores are next in line to open over the next couple months. Kind Castle is preparing to open this new Ridgway cannabis store while participating in the City of Grand Junction’s marijuana business licensing process which involves the random lottery selection among a group of over 30 other applicants. The Grand Junction business license lottery is expected to be scheduled within the next 60 days. The Kind Castle Organic Cannabis Superstore in Grand Junction will be located in the Orchard Mesa area at 2651 US Highway 50.
